By using 4brainslabs.com or any tool on its subdomains (together, the “Service”), operated by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited, you agree to these terms.

Free to use

The Service is free for personal and commercial use. We fund it with advertising. We may add, change or retire tools at any time.

Your content is yours

You own whatever you upload and whatever the tools produce for you. We claim no rights over it. If you save work to an account, you grant us permission to store it so we can show it back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful or harassing.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the Service or probe its security without permission. Crawlers that honour our robots.txt are welcome; bulk extraction of other users’ content is not.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will always be, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Check any output — engraved models, print files, artwork — before you rely on it for production.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing contact@4brains.in.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
