Privacy policy

This policy covers 4brainslabs.com and the tools hosted on its subdomains, all operated by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited (“we”). Individual tools may show a shorter notice of their own; where they do, it adds detail to this page and never contradicts it.

What we collect

• No account or upload is needed to browse. Using this site and most tools sends us nothing beyond the standard server logs and advertising data described below.
• Files you upload to a tool (for example a 3D model for engraving) are processed on our servers and deleted automatically within a few days. They are not shared and not used for anything else.
• Optional accounts. Some tools let you create an account to sync your own work between devices. We then store your email address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), and the work you choose to save. We don’t sell this information or send marketing email.
• Server logs. Standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept for security and to keep the service running.

Cookies and local storage

Tools with accounts set a session cookie when you sign in, so you stay signed in; it expires when you sign out or after a limited period. Tools may use your browser’s local storage to keep your own work on your device. Neither is used to track you across other websites.

Advertising

To keep the tools free we show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read more in Google’s advertising policies. Other third-party ad networks may also serve ads and set cookies here; you can opt out of many of them at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK), Google’s consent message asks for your permission before advertising cookies are set.

Third-party resources

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser sends its IP address to Google as part of that request, as with any web resource.

Your rights

You can delete saved work inside any tool that offers accounts. To delete an account entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, email contact@4brains.in from the address you signed up with.

Children

The tools are suitable for all ages, but accounts are intended for users 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
